Hey guys, i am a 14 year old boy, and lately i have been super stressed, my science grade is dropping and so is my english grade, my mom always wants me to do stuff, i fight with both my parents a ton, i have tons of homework and i just feel like breaking down, i never really have time to myselff, and i find it really really hard to just relax, i get aroused alot, and i dont know what to do about it, pretty much the only thing that keeps me going is my girlfriend, and she is super stressed lately too, she is going through her parents divorcing and alot of other stuff to, :'( sorry to make my problems ur guys's for a minute, but what can i do to just relax myself chill and be stress free for a sec :) thanks,
