Stress Tension
Are You Down Because of Stress Tension?
Sadly, stress tension often affects us and cause many problems in our lives. Think of kids, work, responsibilities and school that keep your life too busy at times. This makes you to be exhausted. Are you down because of this?
Stress Tension is the main reason for panic attacks and anxiety. It can totally incapacitate your life if you're not in control of it. People who have type-A personality get problems. They are perfectionist in nature. Many things to them seem not to be perfect as they expect them to be.
This world is not a perfect planet. It is high time you should understand that reality very well. You can never be hundred percent perfect no matter how much effort you put.
All people handle their stress tension in various ways. Some ignore the actual problems that created it. Others pull away and stay to themselves. Yet there are those who fall completely apart. But there are those kinds of people who acknowledge the signs and take care of the problem before it consumes their lives.
Easy exercises relieves any Stress Tension. As an example: As you are sitting doing your job, deep-breathing exercises are useful in calming you down. Another idea that works is getting a bit of fresh air outside.
Doing a 20-minute walk or run helps in releasing endorphins that can alleviate your Stress Tension. Music can be great for lowering your blood pressure and calming your inner being. At times though, stress tension shows itself in different ways too. The loss of focus, a pressured feeling and even heart palpitations can be the signs of it.
Here is one case from a lady who was suffering from stress:
One office assistant was told to come to her boss's office, which happens to be rather big but comfortable. While writing what was being dictated to her, she started to have difficulty in breathing. She lost her concentration and all her focus because of panicking.
She had what is called an attack of anxiety caused by stress. She immediately left the office without excusing herself. However, she later on found the cause. An upsetting thought snuck into her mind as she was writing the dictation, making her to fear which eventually made her to flee from the room.
If you are feeling down due to stress tension, look for the reason behind it. Know the cause, and talk about it with family, friends or professions. If stress tension is left unsettled, then it can cause severe health issues. Stay away from it as much as you can.

Tender spots on head, dull constant headache pain?
I'm 17 years old.
For the past 3 weeks now, I've had a dull / constant / gnawing headache pain that doesn't go away. I also have some tender spots on my head and when I press on them, I feel a bit of a pain - like a bruise kind of pain. But my head has never been hit or anything. The pain is still there even after hours of sleeping and is still there when I wake up.
It's NOT throbbing or pulsating.
No vision problems, no vomiting, no nausea, no neurological problems (both sides of my body still works fine) - HOWEVER, the pain makes it hard for me to concentrate.
Any idea what I have? I've seen two doctors and they just told me it's a stress / tension headache, but wow, 3 weeks? Shouldn't it be gone already?

Are people like computers?
(Inspired by my clone type buddy No Chance Without Ninjas)
If you look at a computer ...what do you see....a box and a screen? If all that was a computer sat on your desk, when you pushed a button the screen would light up and the cursor would blink at you.
It takes those guys sitting around the desks in Seattle (Sunnyvale if you have a Mac) to make these things work....you need a programmer, and a programmer (AKA Intelligent Designer) is what gives that box on your desk LIFE
Similarly if you look at a human and all you see is the body, aren't you missing the bigger picture? What is the source of all the emotions , creativity, art, passion, angst, stress, tension, and pleasure. Surely not the 4.5lbs of hamburger sitting in your brain pan. At best that is an interface.
What is the source of that which makes a human unique... synapses...or soul (hardware of software)?
Side Note: Animals, are given a basic ROM programming called "Instinct"
kdanley REALLY???
You haven't met my computer ;o)
It's just an analogy, don't stretch it too far
