Stress Cause
These are Some of Stress Causes
Stress is a condition that happens to everyone and it is caused by factors known as stressors. Stress in itself is considered a disease which if not properly managed it can kill. Stress is a feeling of exhaustion of personal resources due to the very high demand from society and an individual cannot help but feel pressured until they give out. There are 3 reference points when it comes to stress causes and they are the leading and they include the following. The number one cause of stress is fear. People are known to have fear for very many things and they are commonly referred to as phobias. Under the sun, you will find all sought of phobias from people who are very terrified of the fears in question.
Uncertainty is the other leading cause of stress and when you think about it, you will realize that this is probably the reason why we all suffer from stress. No one really knows what the future will hold and this can get very frustrating. We like to hod on to possibilities of a better tomorrow but when we are disappointed, we loose track and regress back to stress. Just imagine if we had the power to tell the future do you really think that stress would be history? I think the answer to this question is no because we get stressed mainly because we have no power to change a particular thing. There are people who would have their stressed reduced drastically because, they have acquired the techniques of how to overcome problems by changing ourselves.
If you are in some kind of a threat, you will most definitely find yourself stressed. You must know how to deal with some of this fears but when somebody has sworn to kill you, you will most likely go into hiding and this is what people like to do emotionally when they are dealing stress. Threats are very many but, we cannot live our lives hidden and the remedy for this is usually, you will be advised to face your fears so that you can recovering in the most natural way possibe. There are so many other stress causes. Life causes include death where it is never really easy to deal with it and it requires time and support for the stress to pass naturally.
Another cause has to do with the issue of health and people with injuries, diseases or even pregnancy. Low self worth will also cause you a lot of stress. Others include money which is a leading cause and this might be because it is no present or that many parties want the money or even if you are not sure of where to invest the money at. Change of environment especially to unfamiliar territory will not just affect your social life but it will have you feeling low because of the stranger effect that is sure to occur. The are things you can do to relieve this stress and one that will see that you are overcoming is positivity.

What is Zoloft supposed to do exactly, and what has your experience been with it?
I've heard it helps you deal with stress and gives you energy--can anyone explain that more specifically? because my emotional stress seems to have been converted into physical stress. like, I don't feel that depressed anymore (I don't feel dissociated, though) but I have horrible muscle tension, which seems to be stress-related. so do you think Zoloft would actually help stress that had become that subconscious?
and if you want I'm curious what your views are on antidepressants?
I don't like the idea of them...I know with depression there's a chemical imbalance, but if everything we experience happens on a chemical level, how does a stress-caused chemical imbalance equate to a medical problem? I probably don't know what I'm talking about, but to me a medical solution seems kind of empty and I'm not looking forward to trying it...what do you think?
thanks. (:

5months later/12neg hpts/NEG blood, please answer and help :( 2 doctors said no but im terrified!!?
If I were pregnant I'd be 23 weeks already because I last had sex dec 2 2011. On march 20 I went to the immediate care and got a urine test and it was negative. She said my uterus would be higher of I were. Plus, that day I got my period!! . But then april came and I worried AGAIN. More negative hpts...then April 15 I got my period but it was lighter than usual. On april 17 I went to get checked out at the immediate care AGAIN and demanded a blood test to know for sure. She said my uterus has NOT moved up and that the blood test would come back negative. WHICH it did! She confirmed it was negative april 19 . She said my lighter period could be from a hormonal imbalance which is from stress. SO is it safe to say I'm not now? I know it's stupid but I have very bad paranoia and anxiety and just looking for reassurance thanks. Oh and can stress cause the kicks I feel and spasms I feel?
