You day is going good, you feel great and life is good. Then without warning and unexpectedly, stress is suddenly upon you. No matter how great your day to day routine, working conditions or home
atmosphere, stress can find you. What'cha gonna to do? Who ya going call? Its simple, call on one of your Stress Busters.

Think of a Stress Buster as any small unimportant activity or though process which clears your thinking and calms the nerves. When you feel stress building, its time to simply stop and call on one your Stress Busters. Here are five of our favorite Stress Busters:

1. TAKE A BREAK, preferably in a different general location even if it is only in another room or a different area of the house or workplace. Have a coffee, tea or juice. Spend ten minutes on a Crossword puzzle.

2. CALL SOMEONE. Talking to a friend just to say hello, helps to plant your feet on firmer ground when things are not going well.

3. TAKE A WALK. Even a short walk will help clear your head and help put things in perspective.

4. MAKE PLANS FOR SOMETHING YOU ENJOY. A weekend get away, a visit to someone, or an hour of volunteer work are all ways of putting yourself in control again.

5. TAKE A HOT BATH. Pamper your self with a hot bath, lots of bubbles and smell good aromas can help you shift your gears from overdrive to neutral. Get out the rubber duck.

It could be that one of these 5 Stress Busters will steer you from a bad day to a great day. The key is to not let stress continue to build. If something is mentally nagging at you it is best to deal
with it on whatever level you are able, and hopefully it will become a non-issue. If there is something in your life that is a constant source of worry, try to find things that will help you feel in control. Find a friend that you are able to confide in and who will listen to your concerns. Many times sources of stress need only to be vocalized to diminish the effect of stress.

How to live a simple life?
My life is all stressed out ! I've lost all my friends. I have no body to be with. My parents are after my life. My love-life sucks. And, all the time, I'm thinking about this crap ! I am so distracted. I can't concentrate on anything, not even my studies. I'm so much bothered by what people think about me! Can anyone please help me out? Suggest me some stress-busters and also some ways to keep myself always busy so that I don't think much about my-lost-friends and what people say/feel about me !
