I'm always angry and irritated..?
So I have a good family, live in a nice neighborhood, but I'm always so irritated when I get asked to do a chore by one of them. I want to feel better but at home I'm just upset.. I just balked my eyes out earlier because my electric scooter..which I would normally never get upset about. I recently broke off a friendship with a guy who I once had feelings for.. He smokes pot and has mood swings.. He asked me out a month ago and I said no, we just didn't go back to being friends after that. Could that be causing my anger? Also, my 19 year old sister dates this guy off an on.. He's an a**hole. He has 3 felonies, 2 kids both from different women. Also he is still legally married to one of those women. They both smoke ciggerates. Please suggest some ways to relieve my stress and anger. Also, I'm between the ages of 13-15.. (I don't want to give out too much info) Thank you in advance.
