My mum is currently hospitalised and I dun even know if she will survive, not to be pessimistic but life is unpredictable. I have only seen her once out of the whole week as my exams are coming up and I am now in charge of the housework and can't sleep till at least 12 am. My relatives are all critisising me for behind my backs for not visiting my mum often and today I just saw her and she looked so fragile. I simply cannot take much stress any longer. Can you give me some ways to cope and deal with this stressful situatuion please?
