De-stressing/calming activity???
Hi pple! I have a problem with calming down. I'm normally terribly nervous or worried of something. I think that the bad things may always happen. Let me give you an example. In one of my language classes, my teacher gave us 5 min to memorise a song (sort of) and i totally freaked out! I remembered everything when i practiced but infront of the class, i totally forgot the lyrics.
I need help. Can anyone suggest any de-worrying and stressing activity? My friends say that i'm so worried or stressed. If not please suggest some methods of de-stressing and worrying. Thank you! Help is really appreciated! (:
