Question about the relationship between pornography and stress, is it okay?
So, I've been dating a guy for 2 1/2 years, and I found out last night that he looks at porn when he's stressed because its a stress reliever. He promised that it's not an addiction and it's not something that he does regularly. I trust that's the truth. I don't know if I should talk to him about, and tell him that there are better ways to relieve stress. I guess I was wondering if it's something that's common and I shouldn't worry about it, or if it's something that could develop into a bad habit and I need to have a serious talk. He only told me because I found pictures on his desktop. It's not something that he came to me with in private. I was very surprised when he told me that he's been doing it for years, and I told him I understand and that it's fine.. I don't try to control everything he does, that's honestly an ignorant thing to say. I've just known people that have porn addictions, and I'm just worried because I don't want that to happen to him.
