A question for the people who have anxiety disorder?
Nausea is a symptom of Anxiety Disorder, which I was informally diagnosed with by a nurse. I feel nauseous every single day. Literally, every day. Some parts of the day I feel more nauseous than other parts. My other symptoms include fast heartbeat, shortness of breath, insomnia, and trembling (involuntarily, even if I'm sitting still). When I have panic attacks I do feel like I'm going to die, but these symptoms occur even in the absence of attacks. Do you other Anxiety Disorder people feel this way daily? Are you taking any meds daily? If yes, which?
