Do you think i have bipolar disorder?
Well, about a month ago, I started out with horrible anxiety. Every night I went to sleep thinking about heart disease and strokes. Then about 3 weeks ago I had a panic attack and i thought it might have been a heart attack or something. Since that day I had panic disorder symptoms, now the anxiety is lessening but I have becoming somewhat depressed. Since the Panic attacks the things that I used to like have now been less fun. I used to enjoy video and computer games but now whenever I play them I feel like tey are a waste of time. It seems since This started everything feels like a waste of time. Soemtimes I feel somewhat like normal but soemtimes it changes and i feel bad again. I do not feel suicidal or extremely sad, but I feel like I've lost my drive to do most things.I can;t take any meds because I have a phobia of meds. I feel like if I take some I will have some horrible side effect, especially depression meds, cause those have the worst side effects. If you want more, ask.
