please help me i think i am having a panic/bipolar attack?
hi, i dont know whats going on but today i woke up everything was fine now i cant stop crying and feeling depressed, this has happened to me many times but it stops now after a month or being well it came back, theres stuff thats happening to me right now and i know its a cause but i dont want to feel this way, im 19 if age has anything to do with it. is it a bipolar attack ? or something i am crying for no reason i dont feel sad and nothing bad is happening. i live with my dad and hes not home. nor do i want to mention anything to him or anyone
