Are these panic attacks?
I'm 12 and ever since I was about 8, I've been having occasional chest pain/discomfort (not like near the heart area, but near my sides) and I'd have a hard time breathing because of the pain, and I'd always think that I was dying. They normally lasted for around 3-10 minutes. I read on wikipedia about panic attack symptoms and those came up. (I know you can't always trust wikipedia) If it's probably a panic attack, then I'd bring it up the next time I go to the doctors. Thanks!

Panic attacks in my sleep?
I've woken up twice in the past two weeks with a feeling of dread, like i was going to die, and i was crying, breathing heavily. Generic panic attack symptoms. It was the worst feeling in the world, like the only way i could stop feeling like it would be to kill myself. I don't wanna do that and i won't, but it's such a bad feeling. It lasts for about 10-15 minutes then i'm back to normal. I don't recall any nightmares, and i'm usually one to remember my dreams. I'm prone to anxiety and panic attacks, and this absolutely feels like one. How can i prevent this from happening? I'm scared to go to sleep :/
