How to overcome anxiety/ nervous stomach?
Okay, ages ago I had an anxiety attack in college, from then no matter where I went or did I had to get used to it again in order for me to remain calm despite me doing the activity multiple times before hand, but now every time I go in college in that one room on the same day,same lesson all the way through im nervous and it makes my stomach rumble really loud and its embarrassing, is there any way to settle my stomach or stop the rumbling
