I miss how things used to be.?
I miss how my parents used to tuck me in tightly every night. I miss how my mom would stay up all night with me when I was sick. I miss how my mom would hug me when I brought home an A+ spelling test. I miss playing baseball with my dad. I miss how my parents would get angry at me when I brought home a bad grade, because I knew they cared. I miss having a reason to get out of bed in the morning.
Im 15, my parents are gone, and am wondering what am I suposed to do when I don't care about life anymore.
And dont tell me to go get tested for depression because Ive had clinical depression and general anxiety disorder for 2 years thankyou.

Was this anxiety or something else?
Okay before I tell you the story..I have been diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder (GAD).
So, anyway, to make a long story short, I was pretty tired yesterday so I took a nap t 4:30pm and ended up waking up at 8:30pm...I workout 6 days a week so yeah im always pretty tired, so then I watching TV and hangout with my brothers till i'm ready to go to sleep. I end up falling asleep at 11:30pm and then something completely weird happens. I wake up but it was the weirdest feeling ever. The TV was on and it was a music channel so I heard music, but like my body was cold and I felt SOOOOO confused and irritable, like I wasn't moving my body for like a minute, it kinda felt like I was dieing or having a heart attack. I do not take any medicine nor do I do any kind of drugs. I think it might be dementia...can it? I'm so scared now. Help ?
