How can I calm down! please answer!?
Im been suffering from what they call anxiety/panic attacks for the last 6 days. four days ago I went to the hospital thinking o was gonna have a heart attack. They kept me in the hospital to observe my heart Tate cause it was around 140 to 155 or so. I spent the night there and half the day. They did blood work, CT scan in the head and body, EKG, ultrasound in the heart. I wanted to go home, cause I guess I was having some kind of psychosis! They checked if I was alright and I was so they let me go. Since then ive been thinking I gonna have a heart attack or sometimes a stroke. So I havent rest how I usually should. Ive Been very anxious. Im always thinking I have a symptom of a heart attack ot a stroke. I havent died yet. Then recently ive been having shortness of breath. Like I I cant breath. My heart seems to beat fast everyday. I guess cause im so worried I cant be still. I try to rest watch TV and my heart hurts sometimes like if someones punching it. Anxiety and panick attack run in my family so I guess I have it right? I have a doctors appointment today and im afraid my heart rate will still show up high they have to keep me in the their. I have those moments where I cant breath so I start screamimg and running. I had four of those things yesterday. I feek like im gonna die I hate not breath and feeling anxious. I think im closer to having a hearr attack.
