Can You Really End Panic Attacks for Good?

Many people who get panic attacks feel like their life is basically over. They feel out of control and possibly even like they are dying. If that is how you feel, you might seriously doubt there is any way you can end these panic attacks. Fortunately, if you have the right methods, you CAN eliminate the panic and live your life again. Put your doubt aside right now, and grasp onto this hope

The first thing you need to do is take stock of your symptoms. People suffer from different symptoms, and your treatment plan might differ depending on the ones who you are dealing with. If you are seeking the advice of a doctor, you should tell your doctor what symptoms you are experiencing so they can help you end your panic attacks.

After you have evaluated your symptoms, you need to do some research. Research what works for other people by joining forums that discuss panic attacks. You definitely don't want to focus on negative threads - focus on positive threads where people have found their answer. There are tons of people who have successfully banished their panic for good and it can be motivating for you to read their stories.

It's also a good idea to read books and e-books written by people who have been in your situation. There are many great techniques out there that have worked for thousands of people. By reading about these methods, you can further perfect your own personalized plan to end your Panic Attacks. Some of these techniques are even downloadable, which is important when you need this information as soon as possible.

Another thing you might want to do is join a support group. Knowing that there are other people going through the same thing can actually help you get through it all. You feel like you're not alone and that you're not going crazy - this is a true disorder that you can end with some effort.

At this point, you probably have a good grasp on what your symptoms are as well as different methods you can try to eliminate your Panic Attacks. Not all the methods will work for you, so you need to read through them and find the ones that will! After you've done that, it's time to create a plan for getting rid of your Panic Attacks. Take note of what you can do in the short term as well as the long-term so you can start to feel better.

Is this OCD? Please help!?
Okay, so I REALLY want to know if i have OCD or not so I'm going to tell you about myself. (Yes, i know what OCD is, so you don't have to give me a google definition of it.) Alright so,i ALWAYS have freak outs when things aren't done properly. Some people think im bossy, but when something gets dirty, i start having mini panic attacks. Some things don't bother me, but other things, like if a pillow is in the wrong place, or if my books are in wrong order or other TINY things like that annoy me SO much i have to stop myself from crying and screaming my head off. I honestly think something is wrong with me. Can you PLEASE tell me if this is OCD? My mom also has OCD so im not sure if this is genetic or something.. I get SOO stressed out over TINY things. Sometimes, i just want to shove a brick in someones face if they put something out of order(its not anger management, don't worry) I'll tell you more about myself. -I am generally a VERY happy, talkative, loves laughing kind of person, but if something isn't clean, or if a pile for example is messy i will have a panic attack right away. I will rush over and clean it RIGHT away and then like once it is cleaned, i will go back to being happy as if NOTHING happened. -I get mad at TINY things really easily(Its because of my anxiety) but then i shake it off really fast, however, when something isn't clean i can't shake it off. I will hold in my anger, but my face starts feeling hot and i suddenly want to cry -i LOVE animals, but for some reason, when my former pets would dirty something, i wouldn't mind at all, i would happily go over and clean it like a normal person would. Another question, how come i get mad when people dirty things, but i don't get the slightest bit upset when an animal dirties something. Also, how come i get mad when other places are dirty, but i don't mind my room being messy(not overly. As that is gross.) Thanks for your help anyways!!! P.S. i am 100% certain i don't have anger management, as the only time i am generally mad/upset is if something is out of order. This has been happening for as long as i can remember, but it only started getting THIS bad early last year after i was diagnosed with depression(its gone now.)

really scared of moving &parents treating me badly?
ok, so after i found out they want to move across the country, everything has been going bad. My grades are dropping and I`m close to failing.. and i`m just really depressed in general. I always had to move, and they even told me that they would stay here till i finish school. At first it was because they couldnt find jobs, now it's because they think bigger cities are better, and the people are better, which is not true. I am terrified of moving and everytime i hear them talking about it i either have a panic attack, or i start crying out of nowhere. There's no point in talking to them because they call me selfish, and yell at me non stop. Today I had a break down, and no one cared, they made it all about themselves. Dad believes everything mom says, and they just don't care that I feel like this. There's too much stress that i can't even deal with, and it;s bringing me down. Today i was crying so bad when my mom came into my room and started yelling at me again. I told her to get out because I dont feel good, and she told me that I say that i never feel good, which is not true, because i know no one cares if i dont feel good. She also stays home all day and does practicaly nothing, and always says she doesnt feel good, then she calls me selfish and says i dont do anything. I don't know what to do about the moving part, i could deal with my parents yelling if i didnt have to deal with being scared all the time, being scared of moving away from all of my friens. I don't know, and I need some help, i would appreciate it. Thanks
