Many people suffer from moderate anxiety to full blown panic attacks when called upon to speak before an audience. The advice given is this video is as useful today as it was in 1949. After all, fear is a basic human emotion and the techniques for keeping fear at a healthy level need not be complicated. The medical term for the fear of public speaking is glossophobia.
