How to relieve anxiety, fear & rapid heart rate after smoking marijuana?
I usually have some panic attacks, & feel anxious & my heart just beats too fast on some types of grass & especially on a bit higher doses. I dunno why but I'm nervous even before starting to smoke. & after using, some bad thoughts crosses my mind & I feel somewhat feared. I have to add that this does not happen all the time but often on higher doses. & the thing most bothering me is feeling my heart beating fast & hard that i could feel it in my head. can anyone please help me out? First of all , please don't tell me wether I should do it or not or if you think it is good to smoke it or not! about the nervousness before smoking there aint no guilt or fear, just willing to smoke.... all I wanna know is a way to lower the rapid heart rate.
