Mastering the Power of the Heart

In 2004, I visited the Institute of Heartmath in Boulder Creek, Ca. I went there to participate in their "1 on 1 Licensed Heartmath Provider" program.

Participating in the "1 on 1 Licensed Heartmath Provider Program" enables me to teach and apply the various HeartMath techniques that I learned. The program made it possible for me to experience firsthand how to successfully improve my mental and emotional wellbeing and to use the program tools to further enrich my life and the lives of others.

Now, I am not saying that you have to jump on a plane and register in a program at the HeartMath Institute to experience what I have...unless, of course, you are driven to do so. You can achieve a reduction in stress and anxiety, psychological wellbeing and mental clarity, improve your relationships and achieve an overall better outlook on life in the comfort of your own home. How? With the use of the "Freeze-Framer" Interactive Learning System developed by the HeartMath Institute.

Here is what I like about the system. First, it is very simple to use. Second, I am a very visual personmeaning, I like to see my results. The Freeze-Frame software provides me with a clear image that quickly lets me know what progress is taking place (what I see on the monitor) and what I can do to improve on it. And third, I am learning to stay in "the zone" longermore about this at a later time.

Here is how it works. When using this program on my computer, I can assess the stress in my body and measure how my nervous system is responding to it. I monitor my progress by recording my heart rhythm through a finger tip pulsed sensor that plugs into the serial port on the back of my computer. This quickly shows me how stress is impacting my physiology in present time.

By continuing to use the software, I can now work on ways to change how I respond to stress and get a real-time visual representation of how these changes are occurring. Incredible, huh?

The Freeze-Framer Interactive Learning System can be used by the whole family. Everyone can learn how to master the power of their heart. Actually seeing yourself respond in real time is a rush!

Has anyone used the HeartMath system for stress relief? If so, how would you rate it?
