Exam Stress?!? Could you help?
Hey there. I am kinda in a mess now. I am less than 15 and it's my first time I have stress . Well hear my week plan. School till 1.30 everyday. Monday- Mother tongue tuition. Tuesday, band till 6pm . Wednesday- Tuition for math. Thursday, science supplementary . Friday. Math supplementary. Saturday , band till 12. 12.30 to 2.30 scince tuition. Back to back with maths tuition that's from 2.30 to 4.00. Sunday. 9.30 till 12.00 science tuition. Barely have time to complete 4 (around there) mock papers. This is a major exam I am preparing for in September. My mom was so strict with my brother when he sat for this exam 4 years ago. Now she has lost that anger and she just says " it's your life. What do I care" . I know one thing about myself. I can't do work without someone nagging at me . If she doesn't, I can't achieve anything Ugh. I feel so horrible.. No one is taking care of my work. Of course at night my parents will come and check what I have done, but I cannot work without motivation and someone at my side telling me to do work. And then in school if I haven't studied the chapter or something , then I feel like that day was wasted. When I come home, all I can think of is sleep :( For how long can this go on?! Could you tell me some way that I can solve this problem. Thanks. I am probably gonna break down sometime this week. Cant take it anymore :,( Thanks so much anyone who answers :,) Please pardon me if there are any grammatical errors or spelling errors, I have no time to correct this, gotta rush and do work!!!

How can I deal with my exam stress?
So, I've got my GCSE exams coming up in May/June and I'm seriously stressing out. I need a B in English, a C in Maths, a C in Art as well as Cs in two other subjects to do the A Level course I want to do at college. I've already done my 10 hour Art exam and it went quite well. I'm now revising for the others and I'm feeling very tired, anxious, and stressed. What should I do?
