Health anxiety. forgetting thoughts?
I am 27 and suffer from health anxiety. Along with other things I am getting very paranoid about the fact I either go to say something, get distracted then forget what I am going to say. Or just generally forget what I have just been thinking about. Sometimes It doesn't come back to me. I have been anxious about any illness and lately alzheimers. Is this a typical symptom.
