Extreme social anxiety symptom?
I've been having social anxiety disorder for about 2 years now, and it keeps getting worse. The worst symptom is head trembling when people are around. Luckily, I found out in a SA forum that a lot of people had this symptom too. But mine is pretty diffrent from theirs in that people seem uncomfortable after they see me tremble my head. I can see that because they try to avoid eye contacts with me. They also cough or clear throat a lot and clumsily. I hear people cough so often that the sound of cough now makes me so crazy. Everytime I hear it, my heart feels shocked and I get so mad because it is so annoying! I already attempted suicide once because of this and don't know when that will happen again. I'm of course aware that people cough not always because of me but for other reasons, but I just know coughing also means people feel uncomfortable! Is anyone with SA+head trembling in the same situation? (Don't tell me anything about treatment or that I'm wrong. What I need is sympathy.) To zuff101: Thanks for advice, but I am trying my best to get over with this. I take Paxil and exercise and am thinking about getting cognitive-behavioral therapy too. But currently it's not getting any better if not worse. To extremelyradicalman: It is just so hard for me to convince people in words. I know most people won't believe me unless they were in exactly the same situation as I am, but please don't even say "it's all in your head." It only makes me more depressed. I tried hard to think that I'm wrong and wondered if I was going insane so many times, but it's undeniable. I don't know to what degree, but I'm 100% sure people somehow feel uncomfortable when they see my head tremble. I hate to argue with people who are trying to help me but had to say this. Thanks.

Pretty weird social anxiety symptom?
When I'm watching tv and a female suddenly appears on it, I get anxious. I can't breathe normally, and sometimes my body jerks momentarily. But it occurs only when there are people who are watching tv with me and they are close to me enough to see my body jerk or breathe abnormally. I think my anxiety is due to the fact that it embarrasses me that, if I look anxious when looking at females, others may know that I'm sensitive about women because I get shy when talking to a female or because I don't have a gf. I try not to be conscious about it, but it's hard. You may wonder why it's such a big deal, but I just feel like a total loser everytime I'm sure someone found it out. What will help me get out of this? Any piece of advice would be appreciated.
