HELP ! Anxiety and panic attacks?
Well I use to have panic attacks when I was 15, but they have gone away for years. Now I am 18 and alot has happened recently. I came home one day after a co- worker of mine got in a really bad accident and the ems had to show up. I went home that night and smoked weed and had a panic attack. I quit smoking since its easier to calm my self down if im not high. Well lately I have been having moments were I just feel really uncomfortable. Now I have been felling tingling in my face and arms.I looked that up and thats also a sign of anxiety. It happens at work or even just in the car. I smoked once afterwards and I have felt very uncomfrtable but even when I don't smoke it happens. I think because alot has happened in my life lately has been the cause of these, but I want a normal life again. I enjoy smoking and don't want to stop. I am scared though of doing this. First me and my dad had a falling out and I moved in with my boyfriend. We started arguing alot and he kinda started being a real dick. Were better now, weve talked. Then my favorite uncle was diagnosed with cancer, he was alwyas happy, cheerful, and joking around and I never seen it coming. Then my other uncle died, after all that me and my boyfirend were in a bad accident where he broke his back. I am also always stressed for financal reasons and after the accident we had hospital bills and had to get a new car. I am working, going to school, cleaning, and doing homework. Also at the time me and my boyfriend were arguing a alot. I feel I have to much stress on my hands and I need to know what to do? I cant live with my life anymore!?!? Don't judge on the smoking please! Thanks!
