Panic attack is a progressive disease that can get worse over time if you don't do something about it; here we focus on the on-going clinical research trials for panic attacks. What is Panic attack? panic attack is defined as a period of intense often temporarily debilitating sense of extreme fear or psychological distress typically of abrupt onset. Having shed of the mist from the word(s) it worth to note that clinical research on panic attack has been going on for a long period of time as science seeks for enhanced treatment choices
Panic attacks are never pleasant and the first one is enough to make everyone wish they never have another for as long as they live. However there is a problem when you try to stop panic attacks through mere thought because that is impossible. People dwell so much on them that they might as well be worrying themselves into another attack. In fact too much thinking about panic attacks can establish a permanent trigger that will set an attack off just by concentrating too much on the fear of having it. People often tend to get needlessly worked up and heighten their anxiety by worrying about how to stop panic attacks. All this makes it only makes it worse because after the first people are laying the foundation of what they think will stop panic attacks instead of encouraging that bad experience
Panic attacks are instant distinct moments of intense anxiety. This feeling which usually involves fear stomach spasm difficulty in breathing sweating nausea and hyperventilation is typically abrupt and may have no obvious triggers. Panic attacks are random episodes that can be traced to the evolutionary 'fight or flight' response of an individual

What should I do? Im going insane?
A few months ago my parents found about my drug abuse. Included meth, ecstasy, etc. Once they found out, they took and signed me out of my school. They sent me to rehab for a month. After that, I got out finally. I started going to home schooling, though my parents would not let me out of the house AT ALL. They said they'd let me start going out again after I was clean for a while. I was then clean for 3 months, STILL nothing changed. They wouldn't let me out, I was trapped at home. I was so SICK of being bored all the time with all this work and no one to talk to.
After a while I thought to myself, "well if getting clean isn't going anywhere, whats the point?." After that, me my dad and my brother went to my Aunt's house for a dinner. I went inside her bathroom, and I found a huge container full of oxycodone. I was so happy, I just took it.. I didn't give a shit about anything else, I had nothing to be sober for anyways so why the hell not? I took 28 pills and I popped 4 that night (about 40mg of oxycodone).
The next day my aunt called my dad about the missing pills. One thing led to another and he eventually found out. I'm still stuck here at home, nothing to do...so much homework cause of homeschooling. I miss my friends, girls, my life, everything.
On top of that, I have ADHD, GAD (anxiety disorder), and bipolar disorder. I was going to get on ritalin for my ADHD, but my dad won't understand at all. He just says "YOU WANNA SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS WITH MORE DRUGS?" I even took topamax for my bipolar disorder, and my dad took me off after a while straight out. My anxiety is so bad, partly probly cause of my drug abuse. Nothing helps, I take welbutrin as an antidepressant and it doesnt do shit for my anxiety. My dad won't allow benzos such as xanax either...I get panic attacks everyday. It's fucking horrible.
I really don't know what to do. I'm so sick of everything. Thanks for reading yahoo, I appreciate anything you can give back.
