Anxiety/ Social Avoidance?
I recently moved to a new town, and have little familiarity with the area. I have a new apartment that is encumbered by an apartment complex. Whenever I step outside, I get this grandiose feeling that they are judging me, looking at me, and wondering what's wrong with him? I used to be the kind of guy that would always introduce myself to a stranger, but now I find thoughts of worthlesness racing through my mind.
