Cognitive behavioral therapy focuses mostly on confronting irrational thoughts, behaviors and beliefs. You may also learn how to cope with anxiety and face your fears. For therapy to be successful, it's essential that a sufferer makes an effort to practice what is being taught and make any recommended changes to their lifestyle. Depression and anxiety help?
So I'm just your normal average teenage girl. But lately I've been feeling quite depressed and alone. Being bullied at school, although not major, has lowered my confidence and I just feel so isolated! All my friends seem to be slipping away by the second and I am constantly getting more and more depressed. Sometimes I even get depressed or anxious about things for no reason. And quite a lot of the time I start feeling sick and nauseous and feel like I just want to crawl away and be alone forever.
Basically my question is how can I stop feeling so depressed all the time? I do plenty of stuff to take my mind off it. But it's just no good.
Any help? Thanks.
