anxiety...dizziness.jeez?
okay yesterday evening i had sort of an anxiety attack.and about an hour or two be4 this i had caffeine. i became really figety and nervous. a couple hours later i had a bad headache and i was really dizzy like a drunk.haha.and i felt nauseaus and no appetite. then this morning i woke up with the same dizziness but worse.and all my muscles feel extremly weak.what is wrong with me!??

fibromyalgia?
does anyone know anything about fibromyalgia? I have episodes of where I get a brain fog, anxiety, dizziness, and I have pain at different parts of my body(neck, shoulders, small of my back etc.) I also experience headache at different times. Then It just goes away and I feel great for a period of time and it comes back. My doctor has done a full blood workup on me and everything is fine but I do not feel fine what is going on?
