Help with dizziness/lightheadedness please?
I'm 15 years old, and really dont know what else to do.
I've been tested for everything by the way including scans ect. I'm seeing a neurologist, psycologist and will be seeing an ear specialist tomorrow. I suffer from migraines and anxiety and am currently on Pizotifen and am taking anxiety medication which has not started working yet (takes a few weeks to work).
For about 2 - 3 weeks (before taking anxiety medication so it cant be a side effect either) i'm getting dizziness and lightheadedness that comes almost everyday and can last for 2 hours or a whole week.
I'm a healthy weight, have a healthy diet including enough fluid, i get enough sleep. I've been seeking help for this sensation for a long time and have tried basically everything. I am seeing a doctor for anxiety/stress management as well.
THere is nothing serious going on with me, but the doctors have checked my blood pressure and ive had many tests, with my ears, brain ect and ive been to pysiotherapist who gets rid of knots and muscle tension in my neck.
What i'm really looking for are some movemements (neck/head /body ect) that i can do when i feel like this that will help. I've looked it up and heard that squats and stuff are good but please can you help me, im looking for exercises to do to help this feel better.
Thank you so much! My last resort to be honest!

A question for people on medication for anxiety/stress management?
I'm 14 and put a ton of stress on myself over the littlest thing, like I cry if I get a B on a test or something, even though it really isn't even a big deal. I get headaches and stomach aches all the time just because I'm always so worried and stressed. It also makes me short with my siblings even though I try really hard not to make anyone upset. My mom thinks I should go on some anxiety medication, just something to make me put so much pressure on me/get so stressed out I make myself sick. Is this the right thing to do?
