Anxiety/ Social Avoidance?
I recently moved to a new town, and have little familiarity with the area. I have a new apartment that is encumbered by an apartment complex. Whenever I step outside, I get this grandiose feeling that they are judging me, looking at me, and wondering what's wrong with him? I used to be the kind of guy that would always introduce myself to a stranger, but now I find thoughts of worthlesness racing through my mind. I am a 21 year old male, and while I face the journey of life I have to ask how? Kind of Ironic though huh, I live in an apartment complex and have developed a complex. Yet, in all seriousness. Any help on anxiety relief tactics or methods to consistently diminish this fear of being judged, or "walking on a stage" would be greatly appreciated.
