Hello and welcome to my independent Panic Away review. This article is divided into two parts. The first part is a bit of knowledge about panic attacks and the second part is my Panic Away review.

What are Panic Attacks?
Panic attacks are described as intense fear or physiological distress. The onset is commonly abrupt and the panic attack is usually short. Lasting no more than thirty minutes.
What are the symptoms?
Symptoms may very from person to person. But the common symptoms may includes: shortness of breath, trembling, sweating, nausea and vomiting, dizziness, heart palpitations, tingling sensations, feeling of being choked and hyperventilation.
Panic attacks are distinguished from other conditions for that it is characterized as sudden and episodic in nature.
Are panic attacks common in the population?
Panic Attacks are fairly common in the society. It is recorded that about 10 percent of healthy individuals suffer from isolated panic attacks per year. Also, 1 in 60 people in the United States suffer from panic attack disorder in some point in their life.
What is the cause of Panic Attacks?
The exact cause of panic attacks may be varied as from person to person. But most are induced by drugs, trauma to certain events, phobias and genetic predisposition.
Are Panic Attacks treatable?
